Blog#1 My favorite foods (Tomohiko)
Hello, I'm Tomohiko Ebashi, and I would like to introduce my favourite gourmet of three Asian countries. I love to eat "Kimchi tofu-soup (Korea)", which is a spicy,red soup in a boiling pot. The tofu inside is too hot to eat, but I believe that this dish is a very healthy one. Speaking of spicy stuff, I also love eating "Hot&Sour noodle (China)", which has a refreshing spiciness with a hint of sourness. I don't mind eating it in the summer, since I JUST LOVE IT. Finally, opposite to spicy things, I like eating "Cha-wan mushi (Japan)", which is a traditional Japanese dish made of egg. There are likes and dislikes to this dish, for its distinctive pudding-like texture (the taste is actually salty), but I like it.
Blog #1: First Disney Land ever!

As you know, last Tuesday was the anniversary of the founding of Gakushuin University. How did you spend your day off? Well, I went to the Tokyo Disney Land with my friends!
As you can see in the picture above, it was raining. However, because of the rain, there were less people and we had more chance to get on a ride.
From 3rd of April to 30th of June, Tokyo Disney Land's theme is "Easter Wonderland". Therefore, I saw many decorations that are related to the theme and they were really cute. So, if you haven't seen them yet, I would recommend you to go to the Disney Land!
It was actually my first time going to the Disney Land. I'd been hoping for going to the Disney Land since I entered the university. Therefore, I had so much fun!

My favorite restaurant
There is a restaurant in Mejiro that I like. The name of the restaurant is fiorentina. It's in Hotel Mets. This is the restaurant where I used to go with my parents 8 years ago and I sometimes go recently. When I was a junior high school student, I lived in Mejiro. We often went to fiorentina in the lunch time. There is a lunch menu of pasta with buffets of bread, salad and hors d'oevre and drinks. It is 1450 yen totally. Usually, I must pay at least 2000 yen if I order such a luxurious menu somewhere in a reataurant in Tokyo. Therefore, I think that the price of the lunch menu is reasonable. If you had time and money, I would like to recommend to go there sometime.

Blog#1 My Favorite Restaurant

I would like to introduce my favorite restaurant it is called "Chipotle Mexican Grill"
This is fast food restaurant sell Mexican food like burrito and tacos. The price of burrito and tacos is depend on ingredients because we can choose ingredients at order, but the price is not less than about $10. My most favorite ingredient is "Guacamole"which is mashed avocadoes and paste like ngredient. I usually went this restaurant when I go to shopping mall in United States. I would like to go this reataurant again if I have opportunity to back in United States.

Blog #1: My favorite snack

Today, I would like to introduce one of my favorite snack, ice cream sandwich.
I first ate this snack in Singapore when I visited my friend. The official name of the ice cream sandwich is "wafer ice cream", and it consists of two wafers and ice cream between them. Common flavors are ripple, yam, chocolate, chocolate chips, and honeydew. I was surprised there was no vanilla flavor, because the most popular ice cream flavor, I think, is vanilla. I ordered chocolate chip, and it was delicious! My friend told me this snack is sold throughout the year since there is no winter season in Singapore.
This picture is a little bit different from wafer ice cream. Instead of wafers, ice cream is sandwiched by two slices of multicolored bread (although you can't really see the differences of colors in this pic).
