Blog#1 My favorite foods (Tomohiko)

Hello, I'm Tomohiko Ebashi, and I would like to introduce my favourite gourmet of three Asian countries. I love to eat "Kimchi tofu-soup (Korea)", which is a spicy, red soup in a boiling pot. The tofu inside is too hot to eat, but I believe that this dish is a very healthy one. Speaking of spicy stuff, I also love eating "Hot&Sour noodle (China)", which has a refreshing spiciness with a hint of sourness. I don't mind eating it in the summer, since I JUST LOVE IT. Finally, opposite to spicy things, I like eating "Cha-wan mushi (Japan)", which is a traditional Japanese dish made of egg. There are likes and dislikes to this dish, for its distinctive pudding-like texture (the taste is actually salty), but I like it.

I'm very sorry for a late reply. The Internet in my apartment was unavailable for a quite a long time.

  4. This is Ms. MacGregor. Your blog is text only. Can you give us some links to photos, videos on how to make it or recipe sites for it or other related sites?
Spicy stuff in the summer is great. I shake red chili pepper (赤唐辛子) on my food every day. I can't live without spice. But I do not eat garlic, so Korean food is out for me. Maybe the things you recommended above too.
